Who should participate?

Everyone from age 8 to 98! This cognitive areas helps those with learning difficulties as well as those looking to achieve peak performance – a stronger brain means a better life!

Equipment Requirements:

Practice your number keypad skills.

You will need:         
        * a desktop computer or laptop(no tablets)
        * a mouse
        * a number keypad.  You can purchase one from
        * headset with a microphone
        * whiteboard - available at any discount store or

Dr. Greg Rose from Southern Illinois University presented his research at the Society for Neuroscience conference in October 2019 which showed significant changes in the brain as well as “real-world consequences” seen in students after just 6 weeks of the Cognitive Intensive Program.
